Agreed Repository Selection Criteria
Agreed scoring questionnaire
Methodology
Will score the following products against the scoring questionnaire using the following scale and on the basis of the agreed selection criteria.
- 0 - does not supports
- 1 - partially supports
- 2 - fully supports
Products to be scored
- Bepress ( Digital Commons ) hosted solution - not applicable
- Diva little used outside of Sweden
- alfresco
- Opus
- dspace
- Fedora
- eprints
- CDS Invenio Dead project - replaced with Inspire
List is based in part on Roar repositories list. Products such as alfresco and opus are in there to assess where they are lacking in order to investigate their suitabilities as candidates for a work in progress management system.
Enterprise Publication System
A parallel wish has been expressed for an enterprise publication system. This will be worked on in parallel using the same scoring information, but will take a lower priority.
